We offer a 5-minute free consultation to go over your reports. Still, we strongly recommend following up with your doctor or an environmental service professional. They are the best-qualified professionals for advising on the next step if any is needed.


Refunds policy:

  • Cancellation needs to be done by email only

  • 100% refund if canceled before kits are sent out.

  • 90% refund after the kit is sent. The time limit is for 90 days from purchase

  • 80% refund for Inhibition or Not Enough Sample

  • 50% refund sample is in the Lab when canceled.

  • Sample hold-time is 10 business days from arrival at the office.
